My years of expertise in counseling and the integration of the healing work have brought this aspect of my work in a new direction. That new direction is really working to get at the core issue that is causing a person suffering in his or her life.

I still use the gestalt psychotherapy approach, while being very attentive to a person’s energy and what is being channeled to me about a person while working with them. I have learned that the less we talk about an issue and the more we do about it the better. Most of the time now I recommend the energy sessions along with the therapy to assist the person with issues that are unseen by the conscious mind because so much has happened in a soul’s journey through many incarnations. Many times issues from past lives bleed into this life.

I also train people to think differently about their lives and how to deal with life itself. I often see my brothers and sister disempowering themselves to others and taking on victim consciousness that keeps them stuck in their lives. By liberating the soul with unconditional love I have seen many transform into the person that God meant them to be. This training comes from formal schooling, a lifetime of experience and the 3 years of deep spiritual teachings from my beloved, spiritual teacher Derek O’Neill, who has taken me on many journeys from myself to myself and continues to do so.

I have made the sessions longer than the average therapy session as I always felt more time was needed. I have also added ½ day and full day experiences with me, where we just spend the day together. It was my time doing in home family therapy that made me realize the value of actually just spending time with my clients, along with what has emerged over and over again spending time with Derek. Sometimes in just spending time together much more immerges naturally as the Universe unfolds the time for us.

By using psychotherapy, the energy healing systems and intuition it brings the sessions to a whole new level. A level where love is the guiding factor and God is the guide. Together we rebuild the puzzle that was already designed by you before you decided to incarnate and through life experiences the puzzle’s pieces got scattered. We gather the pieces and put the puzzle back together so that you can see the real you and your life’s purpose as the beautiful soul that you are.
